By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 89atm will terminate any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 and will return deposited funds to the originating payment source.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 89atm Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 89atm Platform at any time. 3.1 Registration Process. Incomplete registrations will not grant access to real-money services.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are typically credited within 15 minutes.
5.2 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with 89atm's anti-money laundering obligations. 5.3 Currency and Fees. All transactions on the 89atm Platform are conducted in PKR. 89atm does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 89atm accepts no responsibility.
5.4 Disputed Transactions. If you believe that a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify 89atm customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. 89atm will investigate and respond to disputed transaction queries within 10 business days of receipt.
Anti-Money Laundering: 89atm operates in full compliance with applicable AML regulations. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 89atm will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 89atm are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. These include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus winnings. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
6.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Offers. 89atm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have met the qualifying conditions of the offer prior to its amendment or withdrawal.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 89atm Platform is governed by the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules govern for game-play purposes, while these Terms govern for all financial and account-related matters.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All digital casino games on the 89atm Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
7.3 Sportsbook Betting. All sports betting markets on the 89atm sportsbook are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport and the 89atm sportsbook rules applicable to each market type. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome is known due to a technical delay will be voided. 7.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, server error, or communication disruption affecting a game round or bet in progress, 89atm will endeavour to resolve the matter equitably. 10.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the 89atm Platform — including but not limited to the 89atm brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text content, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 89atm or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.
10.2 Limited Licence. 89atm grants each registered Player a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, or commercially exploiting any Platform content.
10.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games available on the 89atm Platform may be provided by third-party game studios and software providers. All intellectual property rights in third-party game content remain with the respective providers. 89atm provides access to such content under licence and accepts no liability for any intellectual property claims arising from third-party game content.
11.1 Scope of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89atm's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player to their 89atm Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 Excluded Losses. 89atm shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of gaming opportunity, reputational harm, or data loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 89atm has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.3 Service Availability. 89atm endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or technical failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. 89atm shall not be liable for losses incurred by a Player as a direct result of Platform downtime, provided reasonable steps are taken to restore service in a timely manner.
11.4 Third-Party Services. 89atm is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers whose services are integrated into or accessible from the Platform. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be directed to those providers directly.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request to close their 89atm Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to 89atm. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Termination by 89atm. 89atm reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where continued operation of the Account would expose 89atm to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
12.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 89atm will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player via their registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to the Account balance. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant may be permanently closed at 89atm's discretion.
13.1 Right to Amend. 89atm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, licensing requirements, Platform functionality, payment processing arrangements, or responsible gaming obligations.
13.2 Notification of Changes. Where amendments to these Terms are material, 89atm will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the 89atm Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 Effective Date. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 89atm holds its international gaming licence.
